Methodology

How a project runs here.

Four stages, in this order. Each one produces something verifiable — not another meeting.

We have no proprietary method to sell you. We have an order we do not change, because reversing it is the most reliable way to ship software nobody uses.

Framing

We write down what the system must do before writing how. Disagreements surface here, where they still cost nothing.

What you get: A framing document your teams can argue with line by line.

Design

Interface contracts, data model, failure points identified. The structural decisions happen here, not halfway through.

What you get: The interface contracts and the data model, written and reviewed.

Delivery

In verifiable increments. An increment is only done once it passes its tests — self-declaration doesn’t count.

What you get: Shipped, tested increments you can use as they land.

Operations

Software lives on after delivery. Migrations, monitoring, fixes: we stay accountable for it running.

What you get: A system in service, documented, and a team you can reach.
