Inkore’s design starts from one question: what do you need to see right now to move forward? On the home screen, the request takes centre stage. The rest of the space doesn’t turn into a permanent inventory of every tool.

IN SHORT

  • A clear hierarchy comes before visual effects.
  • Motion supports the journey; you never need it to read.
  • A discreet marker shows what is waiting for your decision.

Hierarchy before effects

The title sets the context. The input field invites you to express an intention. A few suggestions offer examples without imposing a single path: it is the context you choose that shapes what comes next.

Projects, documents and other tools remain within reach. Their details appear when the person asks for them.

Motion as continuity

An opening can show where a panel comes from. A transition can keep the link between the request and the result. A hover reaction can confirm that an object is interactive.

In this way, motion supports the journey. It must never become a condition for accessing information.

Content remains available without animation. The system’s reduced-motion preference and the app’s Reduce motion setting are both respected.

A small marker, always recognisable

The island at the top of the screen keeps the Inkore character in a compact silhouette. It shows a number when a decision is waiting for you and opens onto shortcuts.

Its presence gives Inkore’s screens a shared point of reference, without adding another dashboard on top of the content. A good request remains the real starting point.

In Inkore

These principles guide both the app and this website: frosted glass, ivory and sage, and reduced motion on request. This website keeps one light theme, and its text stays readable even without JavaScript. See the Inkore experience.

Frequently asked questions

Why should an AI interface stay calm?

Because an AI can produce a great deal of content. If the interface shows everything at once, the person spends their time sorting. Showing what matters and keeping the details within reach leaves attention free for the decision. A calm screen is not an empty one: it simply puts each thing in its place.
