INKORE FOR A TEAM
For a team, Inkore is a shared workspace where AI prepares documents and actions from the team’s sources, and where every external action waits for approval from an authorised person.
A FRAMEWORK TO DEFINE TOGETHER
Before we talk about deployment, let’s start from a real use case and the people who will review its results.
Which documents are useful? What information must stay out of the preparation?
Who prepares, who reviews, who chooses what happens next? The roles in the team workspace make this visible.
A result that is ready for review is not permission to share it or to trigger an external action.
WHAT THE TEAM GETS
View only, Editor, Administrator, owner: everyone knows what they can view, prepare or manage.
The team workspacePrepared messages and uploads wait for the explicit approval of an authorised person, on the exact content.
Who prepares, who decidesCompleted actions keep their status, and their receipts can be exported.
TraceabilityMinutes, summaries, proposals: shared playbooks to get started without going back to square one.
What a playbook isSTART FROM REAL WORK
A project meeting, a summary to pass on, a client proposal: let’s choose a journey whose result can be examined.
Describe my use caseBEFORE A DEPLOYMENT
Hosting, access, retention, subprocessors and integrations are checked against your scope. We tell you what is in place and what isn’t yet; no certification is claimed.
TEAM QUESTIONS
Yes. A team workspace brings together members, their projects and their documents. Each role has its own rights: View only to read, Editor to prepare and edit, Administrator to manage access, and an owner. The team workspace stays separate from each member’s Work and Personal spaces.
An external action — sending, uploading, creating an event — is approved by someone who has the right to do so, after seeing its exact content. Preparing a document does not authorise sending it. In a team, it helps to name that person in advance for each use case.
Yes. “What happened” lists the actions that have been carried out and their status, and the receipts can be exported with “Export receipts”. Sources also keep their version number. That way, the team can check what was actually done, rather than what was only prepared. See traceability.
Information about hosting, subprocessors and data retention for the preview is provided on request, depending on your scope. We say what is already in place and what is not yet, so that you can assess it for yourself. No certification is claimed at this stage.
Choose a first use case whose result can be reviewed — meeting minutes, a proposal, a summary — then write to us. A few lines about the context and the people involved are enough to begin the conversation. Access to the preview is on request.
